Design & Built Pipeline Diversion:
Design Pipeline diversion inclusive of surveys, Pipeline Stress design and Surface settlement for Highway Agency & Client's approval, Enabling works and Construction/Horizontal Directional Drilling/tie ins.
Type B Sleeve:
Installation of a Type B Sleeve over an existing weld. Measurement taken of the slight misalignment of the type to allow development of drawing and construction of sleeve and sleeve installation to approved WPS.
Crack Repair using Atlas:
Lack of Fusion / Crack like features on pipeline repaired using Atlas from Clock Spring NRI.
The installation has been design as a 20 years repair and installed in one day

Dewatering Operations to Allow Safe Excavation
Due to existing ground water within a SSSI area, we have successfully used dewatering system to enable excavation/repair of a pipeline. the dewatering was successfull three days after start of the operation.
